May 6th, 2016, eCOM wins the bid of the Hainan Airlines successfully, eCOM will establish an integrated internet service platform on national customs clearance business for Hainan Airlines.
“National customs clearance integrated service platform” is an integrated international trades public platform created for Hainan Airlines Import & Export Co., Ltd., which is compliance with State Council’s strategy to promote and construct “Single Window” for international trade, and compliance with the General Administration of Customs’ strategy to promote “national customs clearance integration”, the platform will mainly engage into business as import and export services (customs clearance, warehousing logistics, consulting and others), international trade, trade finance, it will take internet as the means to provide comprehensive import and export services to small and medium foreign trade enterprises and customs clearance agents, including customs clearance、warehousing、logistics、finance、tax refunds and etc.
To build an integrated service platform of public: to build an open, public import and export platform, integrating operations, consulting, financing guarantee, data (information)sharing as a whole, meeting the various requirements from import and export companies and individuals, so that any people at any time and any region can realize collaborative clearance through the internet.
The project is very innovative, the successful bid shows the expertise of eCOM in the foreign trade industry, it is meaningful for eCOM to enhance its level of professionalism in the industry and the market.
July 1st, 2016, Hainan Airlines launched the national integrated customs clearance service platform officially, the platform connected with Haikou, Beijing and Shanghai customs smoothly, sending customs clearance data and receiving return receipts from customs successfully.
In the on-line business scenarios, Haikou, Beijing and Shanghai realized the new model of “national information integration” successfully, stated “four centers” business model from different regions in detail.
Jan 6th, 2017, the national integrated customs clearance service platform was launched formally after three months of trial operation.
